About the Recipient

Dr. Chang is director of cornea specialty lenses at Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia. He is also adjunct faculty at Pennsylvania College of Optometry – Salus University. After finishing his residency, he completed an additional clinical fellowship training in cornea and contact lenses. Dr. Chang has also been a subinvestigator in numerous cross-linking clinical trials and has published extensively on keratoconus treatments with both surgical innovations and advancing contact lens technologies. He is also an executive board member of the International Keratoconus Academy of Eye Care Professionals and the Optometric Cornea Cataract and Refractive Society.
