Edward S. Bennett, OD, MSEd, FAAO, FSLS
Dr. Ed Bennett is currently Professor Emeritus at the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry. He is President and Executive Director of the Gas Permeable (GP) Lens Institute. He is a past Chair of the Contact Lens and Cornea Section Council of the American Optometric Association(AOA) and is a Diplomate and a past Chair of the Cornea, Contact Lenses and Refractive Technologies Section of the American Academy of Optometry. He is a past Chair of the Association of Optometric Contact Lens Educators and past President of the MD-OD Contact Lens Foundation of St. Louis. He is a Fellow in the Scleral Lens Education Society and a Distinguished Fellow in the National Academies of Practice. He is on the Education Committee of the Global Specialty Lens Symposium and is the Clinical Features Editor for Contact Lens Spectrum.

Timothy B. Edrington, OD, FAAO
Dr. Edrington received his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry degrees from Indiana University. He then served his country as an officer in the United States Army. Dr. Edrington joined the Southern California College of Optometry (SCCO) in 1978. He served as the Chief of the SCCO Cornea and Contact Lens Service for 20 years. He is a Diplomate and past chair of the American Academy of Optometry’s Cornea, Contact Lenses & Refractive Technologies Section. He served on the Executive Committee of the groundbreaking National Eye Institute/National Institutes of Health funded Collaborative Longitudinal Evaluation of Keratoconus (CLEK) Study. Among his awards is the Achievement Award from the American Optometric Association Section on Contact Lenses and Cornea (AOA CLCS) and the Michael G. Harris Award for Excellence in Optometric Education from the American Academy of Optometry Foundation.

Roxanna T. Potter, OD, FAAO, FSLS
Dr. Potter graduated first in her class in 2006 from the Michigan College of Optometry. Dr. Potter completed a post-graduate residency in the area of Cornea and Contact Lenses after which she was awarded the Dr. Sheldon Wechsler and Dr. George Mertz Contact Lens Residency Award. She is a fellow in the American Academy of Optometry, a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry and Fellow in the Scleral Lens Education Society. Dr. Potter is an adjunct assistant clinical professor for the Michigan College of Optometry and currently practices primary care and specialty contact lens fitting optometry in Sylvania, Ohio.
Keratoconus/Irregular Cornea
S. Barry Eiden, OD, FAAO, FSLS
Dr. Eiden is president and medical director of North Suburban Vision Consultants, Ltd., a multi-specialty group practice. He is president and founder of the International Keratoconus Academy of Eye Care Professionals. Dr. Eiden is also co-founder and president of EyeVis Eye and Vision Research Institute. Dr. Eiden is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center and an adjunct faculty member of the Indiana, Illinois, Midwestern, Salus, SUNY and UMSL Colleges of Optometry. Dr.Eiden is Past Chair of the American Optometric Association’s Contact Lens and Cornea Section. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a fellow of the Scleral Lens Education Society.
Corneal Reshaping
Melanie Frogozo, OD, FAAO, FSLS
Dr. Frogozo completed a residency in cornea and contact lenses at the University of Houston College of Optometry. After residency, she took a faculty position at the University of Iowa Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences, where she continued to develop her specialty. She is the owner of Alamo Eye Care and the director of the Contact Lens Institute of San Antonio located in San Antonio, Texas. She is also a fellow of both the American Academy of Optometry (AAO) and the Scleral Lens Education Society, and a member of the Contact Lens Section of the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association. She is a Diplomate in the Cornea, Contact Lenses & Refractive Technologies Section of the AAO. Dr. Frogozo enjoys lecturing and is a regular columnist for Contact Lens Spectrum.

Pam Satjawatchawaphong OD, FAAO, FSLS
Dr. Pam Satjawatcharaphong graduated from the University of California, Berkeley School of Optometry (UCBSO) and completed a Cornea and Contact Lens Residency at the Southern California College of Optometry. She currently is an Assistant Clinical Professor and the Chief Mentor for Cornea & Contact Lens Residency at UCBSO. Her areas of interest include specialty contact lens fittings for corneal ectasia, post-surgical corneas, ocular surface disease, challenging refractive errors, presbyopia, and ocular disfigurement. She is a Fellow of both the American Academy of Optometry and the Scleral Lens Education Society. Additionally, she serves on the advisory board of the Scleral Lens Education Society and Gas Permeable Lens Institute.
